Lissette Semon: The way it usually works is that you are responsible for upkeep and repairs inside your unit. If you are renting the unit contact the estate agent or landlord, if it is your unit then there is usually someone living there in a unit who seems to be in the know about a plumber etc who is reliable and reasonable with costs.
