Divorced abroad, how do I record the divorce in the US?

Brittanie Zakutney: You still have the divorce papers right?Well take it to the courts and have them filed there. Though I am not too sure that you even need to unless your getting married again, which in that case all you would need do is show the JP, or whoever was marrying you.
