It sounds like you want a tonneau cover, but the camper places can get these for you as well.I wasn't going to criticize your decision...until you mentioned the hydrogen kit. Hydrogen is not a solution to global warming. It takes a tremendous amount of electricity, most often provided by dirty coal burning power plants, to make the hydrogen in the first place.By burning hydrogen, you are just moving the pollution from your tailpipe to the production side, and not helping the environment one bit.
