Should I still audition to the performing arts schoo? ADVICE NEEDED!!?

You go to the acdemic classes with them in the morning, and their art block, which is dance in this case, in the afternoon.It's a good thing to get to know the school.But you don't have to do it. I never did it.***Edit: Yeah there is a lot of shadows. You won't be left out except people will just call "hi shadow" lol. It really depends. Im guessing it is not easy to get in any department at SOTA. Piano is also very hard (we are the SMALLEST department, only 16 people for all 4 grades) But the amount of students accepeted depends on how many seniors g! raduated. So how many in = the # of how many out. Off campus lunch is AWESOME!****Edit: Yup 50 mins of lunch to wherever u want. you can go to Reno as long as u can get back when lunch ends. Yeah when you shadow the person u shadows shouldn't be talking u off campus by no one cares. everyone goes off campus when they have a shadow. You better start practicing!*****No I do not dance, but if you get the dance teacher for PE, then you dance. And field trips depend on your department.******Edit: Oh yeah. We have dances. Robin Weelborg: Do you want to audition for this school because you truly want to go to that school, or just because you want to show that "annoying ! girl" a thing or two? You don't have much time, so you should! ask for help from your teacher. However, realistically, you and rival will be going up against other girls and boys that have had even more dance experience than both of you combined. If you show real promise, the school may consider you, but don't even bother if you aren't absolutely serious about your dancing because you will look stupid unless you are going in there with the right attitude....Show more
