Books.....10 points!?

answers1:Lovely Bones
answers2:im writing a book for a game that my friends are making. i
need help thinking of names for characters (dragons) and i need help
finding key places and events.
answers3:No. Reading this, i got really bored.
answers4:It's a pretty long book. I think I read it in about 5 days to
a week, but I honestly did very little else during that time. If you
actually have a life outside of Potter however, I would guess about 2
weeks.
answers5:I wanna read harry potter and the half blooded prince im
kinda behind on readin them lol how long do u think it'll take to read
that one ??
answers6:All depends on how fast you can read!
answers7:Meh, I like the world changing for the worse beginning thing
and then the 'young adult Micah - president Micah and how people find
him shady, but I think the plot needs some changing from there on. It
got pretty boring. Iran vs. Israel is SO 2010. Come up with a new
problem.
answers8:it depends as for how big the book is. for me, a normal harry
potter book is about 500-700 pages. so it might take a few weeks, if
you pretty much read all the time
answers9:The house of the Scorpian: Nancy FarmerNever Trust a Dead
man: Vivian Vande VeldeHeaven Shop: ?
answers10:3 weeks
answers11:well it depends on the person.one time i read a 450 paged
novel in 2 days haha.but on the average, it should take about 1 week?
maybe 2?
answers12:It is satire i assume? I feel like the satire comes on a
little TOO strong. You know what i mean? There's no subtlety too it.
But it does seem like an interesting idea, i'd maybe read it, if it
was written well.
answers13:Read the twilight series.
answers14:(this is not an answer to your question) but next time put
your age so we know what age group you belong to.... because i could
be reccomending dr. seuss books to you...
answers15:no
answers16:for me,because to me harry potter is boring and the books
are way to long,it would take me the whole year.but it depends on the
person.if you're a good reader and these books interest you,you could
probably finish in about 3-5 weeks.that's what i think.
answers17:twilight series are a must!!!!!!
answers18:Twilight is the best book in the universe. Also, the
sequels in order are New Moon, Eclipse, and Breakind Dawn. go to
http://stepheniemeyer.com/ for updates and stuff about the books.
answers19:i read one before but about 1 to 2 days
answers20:Those books are long depends on how fast and how much your
going to read it four weeks
answers21:It takes me like an hour or two. Okay a Harry Potter book
maybe a day. At the most 3 days.
answers22:I would get into it a bit, and then I would put it down,
because it is so unbelievable. Governor's practices rarely 'conflict'
with presidential concerns. Age 40(hardly a young adult)is minimum
for pres.I really like the idea about letting your story unfold
through different people's eyes, but please, stick to a simpler story
line, you have way too many things happening, it would be too
confusing, unless you want to write lengthy tomes like Ken Follett-
which take years of research to make believable and
interesting)Instead, take some time to develop your characters,
whatever you do, please be sure to use grammar and spelling check -
yours needs help....Show more
answers23:The Host is absolutely beast. But i'm not a twilight
fan...so yeah(:however, after the host, i still have a lot of respect
for stephenie meyer, and took on her suggestion to read 'the hunger
games' by suzanne collins.amazing thus far. i know it'll be one of
those books that will stick with me for a long time.both books are sci
fi with a touch, or blend, of romance....Show more
answers24:I love Meg Cabot (Heather Wells & Queen of Babble, and tons
of others), Sophie Kinsella's (Shopaholic [soon to be movie] &
Remember Me), Jennifer Weiner (Good in Bed & Certain Girls) and Emily
Giffin (Something Borrowed & Something Blue) books. They are all great
authors! For a young adult/teen Meg Cabot's young adult books. She is
the best author. Also best selling. She wrote tons of books including

answers27:ok first of all let me explain how it's set up. Each chapter
is set up in a chronological order and in first person BUT each
chapter also takes place through the eyes of a diffrent person.
Example: Jack and Jill go to a carnival. The first chapter takes place
through Jack's eyes while Jill and him are at the carnival. The next
chapter however takes place after they leave the carnival but through
Jills eyes. So basically jy story is told by the diffrent experiences
several charecters experiance. The book is also split up into 4 parts,
each with time lapse between them. The 1st part introduces our
protagonist, micah. It focuses more on him and his views as a teenager
in a world that is changing for the worse. Sublte and obvious hints
are depicted to show how his world has been drastically changed from
out own. The chapters here mostly take place through his eyes and his
friends eyes. Part 2 starts off many years later as micah a young
adult govenor of his state. He is a political genious but his methods
are constantly clashing with the current president's method. So he
runs for president and wins office. Throughout his presidential reign
the people are prosperous but question the methods he uses. Basically,
Micah is shady and the ppl dont like that. Near the end riots takes
place which show how far Micah will go to keep control. He also
launches a 90 day war against iran for attacking isreal. He is finally
impeached for commecing a war congress didnt sanction. But he begs
congress for funds to start a militia to protect israel. Part 3 takes
place as the next president takes power. Untill near the end micah
seems to have dissapeared but in reality, his militia has grown into a
world widwide force. Nations grow tense as city-cells of his militia
pledge alligence to Micah. This chapter basically shows the growing
tension between Micah's militia and the world even though micah says
his militia is peaceful and only used to protect israel. (more in
extra details)...Show more
answers28:The HistorianThe kiterunnerFive people you meet in Heaven
answers29:Small scale skirmishes show the growing tensions as each
side gets closer to total war. Part4 finally shows the finale battle
betweeb the world's nations and micah. The U.N sanctioned a plan for
each nation to attack the city cells in its own borders usuing lethal
force on militia members as well as civilians. The militia's true
power revealed as it shows its strong enough to keep fighting with the
worlds armies for weeks without end. Eventually micah decides to nuke
all area hostile to him. This results in the destruction of most of
the world even though it was an option he didn't want to do. As his
force is the only one left standing capable of being a govornment, he
takes over as leader a new worlf order he never intended to
create....Show more
