Emilie Santmyer: I don't know if medicaid counts as prior insurance coverage, with the new insurer. You'll have to call the medicaid office tomorrow and ask them - if you make too much money, you'll be booted off of it, but you could always apply to your state children's health insurance plan.

Rocio Karvis: You may not beable to use Medicaid as a second Insurance if your Husbands Insurance covers what you need. You can however use Medicaid until you get your husbands Insurance.
